As an Engineer III, Systems Reliability Engineering - BCOM, you will lead daily production support and operations for the BCOM platform while serving as the senior technical authority for BCOM support in India. You will partner with SAP, AEM, middleware, and e-commerce teams to ensure platform stability, incident resolution, knowledge management, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Operations Lead, Customer Success/BCOM (LATAM), you will help build a durable support organisation focused on reliability, operational excellence, and business continuity.

About the Job

• Provide end-to-end production support for BCOM applications, including incident evaluation, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to maintain service stability.
• Lead incident response, post-incident reviews, and problem management activities for critical BCOM issues while coordinating with SAP and middleware teams.
• Guide knowledge management through the development and maintenance of support documentation, operating procedures, runbooks, and operational plans.
• Provide daily technical leadership and mentoring to India-based BCOM Operations Engineers while supporting capability development and operational excellence.
• Partner with SAP, AEM, middleware, and e-commerce product teams to improve release readiness, platform reliability, ITSM maturity, and continuous improvement plans.

About You

• 9+ years of experience in IT production support, application operations, or e-commerce platform support, including leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting B2B or B2C commerce platforms, order management systems, checkout processes, or integration middleware technologies.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), middleware integration patterns, observability tools, and enterprise support practices.
• Experience with ITSM processes, incident and problem management, with the ability to communicate technical issues and business impacts.
