What you'll do
- Coordinate AWS and Azure infrastructure deployments, then tune those environments for better operation
- Watch network, application and cloud systems, and carry out routine upkeep across AWS and Azure
- Support IT projects involving AWS, Azure and VMware, working with vendors on applications and environments
- Maintain LDAP, Active Directory, Windows and Linux systems, and deploy infrastructure using VMware, Microsoft or Citrix
- Patch existing systems, improve performance and cloud cost management, and bring new data center servers online
What you bring
- At least one year working with AWS and Azure DevOps environments
- At least one year supporting Windows servers and one year supporting Linux servers
- At least one year with VMware or Citrix infrastructure
- You can handle critical support work, think through issues, communicate clearly and meet project deadlines

- Deployment coordination for AWS and Azure Infrastructure
- DevOps environment optimization
- Monitoring of Network, Application, and Cloud environments
- Work on multiple IT Projects in an AWS, Azure, and VMware environment
- Working with vendors and partners to support applications and environments
- Routine DevOps maintenance in AWS and Azure environments
- Maintenance of LDAP and Active Directory environments
- Deployment of Infrastructure from VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix
- Deliver patching and system performance enhancements to existing applications and systems
- Deliver invoicing and cost management enhancements to existing AWS and Azure systems
- Deployment of new servers and Infrastructure for Datacenters
- 1 year of experience with AWS and Azure DevOps
- 1 year of experience with Windows Servers
- 1 year of experience with Linux Servers
- 1 year of experience with VMware or Citrix infrastructure
- Having a worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical support role
- Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills
- An ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are required
- Ability to meet deadlines with Projects and Assignments
- Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others
- Some regional travel maybe required – all expenses paid
- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule
- Must be an energetic and highly motivated self-starter
