What you'll do
- Design target architectures and reusable blueprints for virtualization platforms
- Automate provisioning and ongoing platform lifecycle using IaC and delivery pipelines

- Set operational standards and write technical guidance for operations teams
- Guide project work, migrations and architecture choices as the virtualization technical lead
What you bring
- At least five years working on enterprise virtualization, including hands-on design and automation
- You bring automation skills with Ansible, Terraform, Python or PowerCLI, plus Git
- You understand VMware vSphere and software-defined environments such as vSAN and NSX at architecture level
- You have worked with at least one alternative hypervisor, such as KVM, OpenShift Virtualization or Nutanix AHV
- Professional Spanish and English are required

- 5+ years in enterprise virtualization with real design and automation experience.
- Design target architectures and reference blueprints.
- Automate provisioning and lifecycle with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and pipelines.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of alternative virtualization platforms (KVM, OpenShift Virtualization, Nutanix AHV).
- Define standards and technical documentation for operations teams.
- Act as the technical reference in projects, migrations and architecture decisions.
- Automation/IaC: Ansible, Terraform, Python or PowerCLI + Git.
- Architecture-level knowledge of VMware vSphere and software-defined environments (vSAN, NSX).
- Experience with at least one alternative hypervisor (KVM, OpenShift Virtualization, Nutanix AHV).
- VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), CI/CD, observability, ITIL 4.
- VMware, Red Hat (OpenShift) or Nutanix certifications.
- FinOps / cost optimization knowledge.
- Spanish and English (professional level).
