What you'll do
- Lead cloud architecture work, including migration plans that cover the full technology stack and databases
- Build custom applications with Java/J2EE, web services, and XML/HTML
- Create integration, deployment, and application migration strategies for enterprise projects
- Design or support Jenkins/Hudson CI/CD flows using Agile development practices
- Guide technical project teams and mentor junior colleagues
What you bring
- At least fourteen years of experience, including two years in cloud consulting
- Six to ten years developing Java/J2EE applications, web services, and XML/HTML
- You have delivered at least five enterprise projects, including two cloud migrations using AWS or IBM platforms
- Hands-on Agile experience and work designing, implementing, or supporting CI/CD with Jenkins or Hudson
- U.S. citizenship or a Green Card, with authorization to work independently in the United States

- Extensive experience in developing and implementing custom applications using Java/J2EE, .Net and Open Source technologies; Familiarity with UI/UX design, business services virtualization, rapid prototyping, continuous integration and deployment is required.
- Must have implemented at least 5 enterprise strength projects using industry leading digital technology platforms; created and managed integration, deployment and application migration strategies. Out this at least two implementations should be on Cloud Migration either AWS/IBM Bluemix/IBM Soft layer covering the entire technology stack including databases
- 6 to 10 years of experience in developing custom applications using Java/J2EE technologies, web services, XML/HTML, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of a few but familiarity with:
1- UI Frameworks such as NodeJS, AngularJS etc
2- Web Application Servers like Apache, IBM Websphere, JBoss, etc.
3- Any one NoSQL database like Mongo DB, Gemfire etc.
4- Architecture Tools like TROUX, MS VISIO, Confluence
5- Configuration Management Tools like Puppet, Chef, Salt, Ansible
6- Open Source technologies and tools like Jira, Jenkins, databases (MySQL, MongoDB), VCS (GIT, Mercurial, etc.), Hudson
7- MicroServices, REST/SOAP APIs, and MVC Design Patterns, Data Structures and Automation Algorithms.
8- Scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, JQuery, Ruby, Perl
- Must have hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and designing, implementing or supporting CI/CD process flows with Jenkins/Hudson
. - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate the value and relevance of solutions to customer executives and business stakeholders.
- Ability to lead technical projects, direct project teams and mentor juniors.
- Nice to have one or more of:
1- TOGAF 9.1 Certification
2- AGILE Foundation Certification
3- SAFe Certification
- Minimum 14+ years of experience with am minimum of 2 years on Cloud consulting
- Should have knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts with Specific expertise in AWS/IBM Softlayer.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in developing custom applications using Java/J2EE technologies, web services, XML/HTML, etc.
