What you'll do
- Enable SiFive and competitor boards, then benchmark their performance
- Trace performance gaps to software or hardware causes and support customer benchmarking with other teams
- Build benchmarking infrastructure and develop workflows for performance measurement
- Maintain regression systems that monitor performance across FPGA cores
- Analyze competitor microarchitectures
What you bring
- You have hands-on experience bringing up boards and benchmarking them
- You have benchmarked systems and analyzed performance across varied setups, especially embedded Linux environments
- You have built workflow automation and infrastructure
- You know C or C++ and scripting languages such as Python

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
SiFive board benchmarking
Competitor board enabling and benchmarking
Root cause the performance difference caused by either SW and/or HW
Customer benchmarking and support cooperation across teams
Performance and benchmarking infrastructure building
Regression system development and maintenance for performance monitoring of FPGA of all cores
Workflow development
Competitor microarchitecture analysis
Requirements:
Experienced with board enabling and benchmarking
Experienced with system benchmarking and performance analysis on versatile environments, especially on embedded systems, and Linux.
Experienced with workflow automation and infrastructure construction
Familiar with C/C++ and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
Good interpersonal skills to listen to diverse points of view and influence people from different fields
Nice to have experience of data visualization and database
