What you'll do

What you bring
- You have built and operated systems on AWS, GCP or another listed public cloud
- You have practical experience building and running Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD environments
- You have operated Docker-based development setups and application or infrastructure monitoring tools
- You can develop in a programming language and understand operating systems, networking and security fundamentals
Who this fits
This mid-level role suits someone who enjoys learning, communicates considerately and acts toward shared goals beyond their assigned area. Work is generally remote from anywhere in Japan, with discretionary hours based around ten to seven. Selection is conducted online.

ROUTE06（ルートシックス）は、大手企業のビジネスモデル変革を支援するDXパートナーです。
エンタープライズ向けビジネスAPIプラットフォーム「Plain」の提供とアジャイルでの事業化支援によって商取引のプラットフォーム化を実現し、新たな企業価値を生み出すことに貢献します。
開発するプロダクトはモール型EC、OMOストア、マーケットプレイスなど多岐にわたり、事業フェーズも立ち上げからグロースまで幅広くあります。
お客様にいつでも安心してサービスを利用いただけるように、SREとしてサービスの安定性の向上に取り組んでいただきます。
具体的には、インフラの整備、サービスの監視、オペレーションの自動化、パフォーマンス改善やCI/CDの整備など開発生産性を向上するための開発などを含みます。また、ご興味があればバックエンドなどその他領域の開発をしていただくことも可能です。
ROUTE06のSREは、相談しつつ適性、希望、需要に応じて柔軟に担当役割を選択し、お客様にとって最適かつ最善のUXを提供できるよう開発を進めます。
必須要件
- パブリッククラウドサービス (AWS, GCP) での構築・運用経験がある
- OS の基本的な知識がある
- ネットワーク、セキュリティの基本的な知識がある
- 特定の開発言語での開発実績がある
- Docker を活用した開発環境の構築・運用経験がある
- CI/CD 環境の構築・運用の経験がある
- Infrastructure as Code の実務経験がある
- 監視ツール (アプリケーション、インフラ) の構築・運用経験がある
歓迎要件
- 各パブリッククラウドサービスの特性を把握して、適切に選定できる
- Cloud Design Pattern を理解している
- パフォーマンスチューニングの経験がある
- Web サービス開発・運用の経験がある
- RDBMS, NoSQL での実装経験がある
- DevOps, SRE の最新情報をキャッチアップしている
- (例) Web developer Roadmap - DevOps Engineer or SRE に記載されているような情報
- OSS のリリース・コミット経験がある

- 裁量労働制；10時〜19時を基本とし、自由に選択していただけます
