What you'll do
- Build and maintain connections between Oracle EBS, Service Cloud, Customer Data Management and other business applications
- Use APIs, web services, PL/SQL, SOA and middleware to connect Oracle and non-Oracle systems
- Customize the customer portal with PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, and update it as requirements change
- Resolve Oracle EBS and interface faults, monitor performance, and support upgrades, patches and enhancements
- Keep system processing available and join the department’s around-the-clock on-call rotation
What you bring
- At least five years building, customizing and supporting integrations between Oracle EBS and other Oracle or third-party applications
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or another related IT field
- Strong Oracle Service Cloud configuration skills, plus working knowledge of REST and SOAP services, SQL and the listed development languages
- Effective PL/SQL programming skills and experience working with system integrations and APIs

Position Summary
Oracle Applications Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting the integrations between Oracle EBS and various Applications including Service Cloud, Customer Data Management and other third-party applications.
The role involves technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2), including troubleshooting system and interface issues, supporting integrations, performing system performance monitoring and troubleshooting and ensuring overall system stability and reliability in a regulated manufacturing environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and supporting complex integrations between Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) and Oracle/non-Oracle systems using APIs, Web Services, PL/SQL, SOA, and middleware technologies
- Support Customer Portal customisations (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Support upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
- Rewrite to remove errors to adapt to new requirements
- Support business needs for system processing and availability
- Participate in 24/7 department on-call program
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Service Cloud configuration and customization, REST and SOAP web services, SQL, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- High efficiency in PL/SQL programming
- Experience with system integrations and APIs
- Knowledge of Oracle Customer Data Management is preferred
- Functional knowledge in Oracle Applications is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration skills and able to work in a team environment
- Able to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to efficiently handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting the integrations between Oracle EBS and other Oracle/third party applications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age

- Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time
