What you'll do
- Build and maintain CI/CD workflows for application and AI deployments, including work in air-gapped environments and OpenShift clusters
- Automate infrastructure setup, configuration and releases, and manage containers and deployment platforms
- Track application health and put logging, monitoring, alerting, backup and recovery measures in place
- Harden infrastructure and manage secrets while improving deployment reliability, scale, efficiency and cost
- Support production releases and incident resolution alongside development, AI, QA and infrastructure teams
What you bring
- At least five years of DevOps experience, with hands-on work in air-gapped environments
- Strong experience operating Red Hat OpenShift clusters and building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift, and infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform or similar tools
- Linux administration, shell scripting, monitoring and logging, backup and recovery, and infrastructure security experience

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and manage enterprise deployment environments with a strong focus on air-gapped infrastructure and OpenShift clusters. The ideal candidate will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, manage containerized applications, and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and AI solution deployments.
- Work in air-gapped environments and manage OpenShift clusters.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Manage containers, orchestration platforms, and deployment environments.
- Monitor application performance, availability, and operational health.
- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Apply infrastructure security best practices, secrets management, and system hardening.
- Optimize deployment efficiency, scalability, reliability, and operational costs.
- Support release management, production deployments, and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with development, AI, QA, and infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of DevOps experience.
- Hands-on experience working in air-gapped environments.
- Strong experience managing Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Experience automating infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
- Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.
- Experience implementing monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security.
- Knowledge of secrets management and infrastructure hardening.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
