What you'll do
- Bring operations, automation and platform expertise into development teams, working closely with developers
- Improve how teams build, deploy and release software, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for development projects
- Help teams containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes, and introduce GitOps practices
- Create reusable platform and deployment components, using infrastructure as code to provision environments consistently
- Add security and quality checks to delivery workflows, monitor system stability and performance, and document DevOps practices
What you bring
- You have completed a degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years in DevOps or a role spanning software development and operations
- You have strong Docker and Kubernetes skills, plus hands-on CI/CD and infrastructure automation experience
- You can script in Bash, Python or PowerShell and understand Linux, networking and security fundamentals

- Übernahme der Expertenrolle innerhalb des Entwicklungsteams (Dev) zu Betrieb, Automatisierung und Plattform (Ops)
- Ergänzung der Entwicklungsteams (Dev) um Betriebs , Automatisierungs und Plattformexpertise (Ops)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern zur Optimierung von Build-, Deployment- und Release-Prozessen
- Aufbau, Betrieb und Pflege von CI/CD Pipelines für Entwicklungsprojekte
- Unterstützung des Teams bei Containerisierung und Deployment von Anwendungen (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Einführung und Anwendung von GitOps und Automatisierungsansätzen
- Bereitstellung einer standardisierten Plattform und von Deployment-Bausteine
- Umsetzung von "Infrastructure as Code" zur reproduzierbaren Bereitstellung von Umgebungen
- Integration von Security und Qualitätsprüfungen in den Entwicklungs- und Deployment-Prozess
- Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Performance und Nachvollziehbarkeit durch Monitoring und Logging
- Dokumentation von DevOps-Standards, -Prozessen und -Best Practices
Stärken einbringen: Ihre Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder ähnliche Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im DevOps-Umfeld oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle an der Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung und Betrieb
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Docker und Kubernetes, idealerweise inkl. Helm
- Erfahrung mit CI/CD Pipelines (z. B. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Praxiserfahrung mit Automatisierung und "Infrastructure as Code" (z. B. Terraform, Ansible)
- Kenntnisse in Skripting (Bash, Python oder PowerShell)
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse über Linux-Umgebungen, Netzwerken und Security Prinzipien
- Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Entwicklertätigkeiten
