What you'll do
- Build and improve cloud infrastructure supporting custom Java applications and third-party services
- Bridge stakeholders and development teams, helping coordinate platform work
- Automate infrastructure components, application releases and recurring operational tasks
- Operate application stacks and maintain platform availability, stability and quality compliance
- Improve reliability through postmortems, issue follow-up, SLO tracking and better monitoring alerts
What you bring
- At least five years in an SRE, DevOps or closely related role
- Hands-on familiarity with Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools and GitHub
- A bachelor’s degree in IT or a related area, plus fluent written and spoken English
- You can debug and automate deployments, strengthen product monitoring, and work through problems independently

- Monitor and operate 3rd Party and custom Java application stack.
- Improve KION IT Services reliability:
- Facilitate blameless postmortems,
- Derive measures,
- Maintain and work on the issues backlog.
- Evolve Monitoring dashboards and alerts. Measure reliability based on SLOs.
- Manage the onboarding of new 3rd party / SaaS solutions to the Team.
- Take over custom-built applications from Projects to the Team.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What you will do in this role:

Your Skills and Expertise:
- 5+ years of working experience in a similar position (SRE/DevOps or related).
- Ability to debug, optimize, and automate routine tasks and deployments.
- Familiarity with setting up and enhancing product monitoring.
- Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on your own.
- Demonstrable Agile mindset and willingness to learn and develop.
- Bachelor´s degree in IT or related
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
