Position Summary

Kaseya is seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join the KaseyaOne engineering team and help build and scale our unified IT management platform. KaseyaOne is the central hub of the IT Complete portfolio, bringing together commercially integrated, technically integrated, and intelligent solutions for IT management. This role will focus on building and managing scalable Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation to support our growing SaaS platform while ensuring reliability, security, and operational excellence.

The Senior Azure DevOps Engineer will design and maintain deployment pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and manage Azure cloud services. Working closely with development and QA teams, this individual will improve deployment efficiency, strengthen cloud security, and drive continuous improvements in platform reliability and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Bicep, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Manage and monitor Azure services, including App Services, Cosmos DB, Event Hubs, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Application Gateway.
• Ensure operational reliability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
• Partner with development and QA teams to streamline deployment and release cycles.
• Implement security best practices, including secrets management and identity access using Azure Key Vault.
• Continuously improve automation, deployment velocity, and system resilience.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architecture.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Bicep, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, or Python for scripting and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Kubernetes.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, or similar observability tools.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience building and supporting enterprise-scale SaaS platforms.
