Title: Mid-level Platform Engineer (Cloud & Infrastructure) - Indaiatuba/SP - 125049

We are looking for a Mid-level Platform Engineer to join our team at the Regional Office in Indaiatuba, SP. You will act as a key technical enabler, maintaining cloud infrastructure, enterprise databases, and core hosting platforms. Reporting locally while maintaining a dotted-line alignment with international platform leadership, you will partner with a global team. You will play an essential role in driving operational excellence, infrastructure as code automation, and mission-critical system reliability.

Main Responsibilities

Platform Infrastructure

• Support enterprise hosting environments;
• Manage server lifecycle activities;
• Perform platform maintenance and upgrades;
• Improve platform reliability and stability.

Cloud Operations

• Support AWS-based infrastructure services;
• Provision and manage cloud resources;
• Participate in cloud governance and optimization efforts;
• Support operational excellence initiatives.

Database Services

• Support enterprise databases;
• Execute monitoring and maintenance activities;
• Perform troubleshooting and performance analysis;
• Support backup and recovery processes.

Security & Access Management

• Support password management solutions;
• Manage privileged access controls;
• Support security patching activities;
• Remediate vulnerabilities and compliance findings.

Automation & Reliability

• Develop automation scripts and tools;
• Reduce manual operational activities;
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities;
• Support disaster recovery and resiliency initiatives.

AI & Modern Operations

• Utilize AI-assisted operational tools;
• Contribute to intelligent automation opportunities;
• Support adoption of AIOps capabilities and operational copilots.

Skills You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or
  equivalent discipline;
• Advanced English;
• Experience in platform engineering, including hands-on work with a infrastructure as code
  language such Terraform;
• Experience working with relational or non-relational databases administration;
• Working knowledge of cloud services and automated deployment pipelines;
• Working knowledge of unit testing, secure coding, version control, and CI/CD practices;
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts and experience using AI-enabled development;
  tools or integrating an AI service into an application;
• Ability to break down defined problems, communicate progress and blockers, and collaborate
  with stakeholders and engineers;
• Working knowledge of security by design principles;
• Working knowledge of server OS administration (Linux, Windows Server);
• Curiosity, learning agility, and a disciplined approach to experimentation;
• Availability for a flexible schedule and participation in a defined on-call/maintenance rotation
  system that includes weekends;
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week on-site in Indaiatuba/SP).

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with workflow automation, low-code orchestration, or enterprise system
  integrations;
• Experience with PL/SQL development or foundational understanding of this language;
• Experience with prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, AI evaluation, or responsible
• AI practices;
• Understanding of Product Management, discovery techniques, or service design;
• Experience with test automation and observability.
