What you'll do
- Contribute to technical projects and help operations teams keep systems running
- Shape system architecture and choose equipment for the environments you support
- Tune performance, manage environment changes and keep production conditions in order
- Review control-unit messages, monitor resources and respond to alerts or incidents
- Resolve server, network and storage problems across the supported environments
What you bring
- Fluent Portuguese and English are required
- Hands-on knowledge of VMware VCSA, vSphere 8 and Aria Operations
- Experience with enterprise storage, Fibre Channel SAN and the listed hardware management platforms

- Participate on technical projects and support operation teams;
- Participate on systems architecture design & equipment selection;
- Maintain and optimise the environment's performance;
- Manage different environments and version changes;
- Analyse messages received by the control unit;
- Provide alerts and intervene with incidents;
- Continuously monitor resources with reference to the work schedule;
- Maintain general terms and conditions for production;
- Troubleshoot and resolver Server, Network and Storage issues.
Technical Skills:
- Virtualization: VMware VCSA e VSphere 8, Aria Operations;
- Hardware Management: Dell OpenManage Enterprise, HPE OneView;
- Enterprise Storage Administration: SAN, NAS, HPE & IBM Storage Arrays;
- IBM SVC Storage Virtualization;
- SAN Network: Fibre Channel SAN with Brocade;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
