What you'll do
- Keep cloud infrastructure running across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, including routine upkeep and administration
- Set up API connections, webhooks and basic workflow automations to help operational work run more efficiently
- Support infrastructure-as-code rollouts with Terraform and Ansible, and maintain scripts in Python, PowerShell or Bash
- Check system health, investigate infrastructure problems and handle initial tickets across networks, devices, identity and access
- Keep procedures, configuration details and operational playbooks documented clearly
What you bring
- At least three years supporting or administering cloud infrastructure
- A computer science, IT, engineering or related degree, or comparable hands-on experience
- Working scripting ability in Python and familiarity with AWS
- Exposure to serverless or workflow tools for automating routine tasks, plus troubleshooting across Windows, macOS or Linux

The Key Tasks You Will Perform
- Administration and maintenance of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Deploy and support API integrations, webhooks, and basic workflow automations to support operational efficiency.
- Support infrastructure-as-code deployments using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Write and maintain operational scripts using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Monitor system performance, perform routine checks, and assist with root-cause analysis for infrastructure issues.
- Provide initial troubleshooting and support for infrastructure, network, endpoint, identity, and access tickets.
- Maintain clear documentation for standard operating procedures, configurations, and playbooks.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (equivalent practical experience considered)
- At least 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure support or administration
- Working scripting knowledge in at least one scripting language (Python)
- Working knowledge of main cloud providers (AWS)
- Exposure to automating routine operational tasks using serverless or workflow platforms
- Good troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, or Linux environments
