Es la persona encargada de configurar y gestionar servicios y recursos en nube como IaaS y PaaS asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de las plataformas y asegurar la satisfacción de los clientes administrados en la región.

Responsabilidades:

  1. Llevar a cabo el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo que se encuentren en la plataforma de Azure, y sistema operativo tanto Linux como Windows
  2. Debe asegurar que todos los servicios que se prestan sean debidamente documentados por medio de los formatos definidos por la compañía y/o el cliente las cuales estén debidamente firmadas y aceptadas por el cliente.
  3. Velar por que las tareas que se le asignaron se entreguen oportunamente y de acuerdo con las fechas establecidas cumpliendo con las SLA's que los clientes establecen para dichos entregables.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años, en la gestión, administración, resolución de problemas, mantenimiento de ambientes de nube (Azure, AWS, GCP o IBM Cloud) y sistemas operativos Windows y Linux
  • Formación: Profesional Estudiante último semestre Ingeniería o afines.
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Certificaciones: AZ-104 - Azure Administrator AZ-500 - Microsoft Azure Security o SC-500: Microsoft Cloud and AI Security Engineer Associate AZ-305 - Azure Solutions Architect Expert Capacidad de análisis para resolución de casos, manejo de herramientas de automatización o scripting, gestión de redes y seguridad de nube, experiencia en optimización de rendimiento en infraestructura y despliegue de recursos.
  • Idioma: Inglés Intermedio.
