What you'll do
- Install and configure Neo4j, then tune performance and handle backups, recovery, monitoring and troubleshooting
- Move Neo4j databases from on-premises systems to AWS, covering planning, data checks and support after cutover
- Run Neo4j on AWS EC2 and work with services such as EKS, S3, VPC and IAM
- Track platform health through logs and dashboards, plan capacity and carry out preventive maintenance
- Test new technologies through PoCs and automate operational work with scripts or programming

- Hands-on experience in migrating Neo4j databases from on-premises environments to AWS Cloud, including migration planning, data migration, validation, performance optimization, and post-migration support with minimal downtime.
- Strong experience with AWS services including EC2, EKS, S3, VPC, IAM, and deploying, configuring, and managing Neo4j databases on AWS EC2 instances.
- Proficient in platform monitoring, log management, health dashboards, capacity planning, and preventive maintenance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Experience in evaluating and delivering Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new technologies and implementing automation using scripting and programming languages to streamline operational tasks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in meetings, provide technical updates, manage expectations, and communicate through professional email correspondence.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, including firewall configuration, network security, access control, and connectivity troubleshooting.
