Junior Cloud DevOps Engineer – Azure Based

• Implement solutions provided by Cloud Architects, Solution Architects and Sr. DevOps team members through documented instructions;
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement on DevOps services provided;
• Document the process and tasks being taught so it can be standardized and cross trained across the team;
• Strengthen reliability, security, observability and operational excellence, and resolve incidents through root cause analysis.

With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Junior Cloud DevOps Engineer – Azure Based:

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform or Site Reliability Engineer;
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep);
• Experience in building and maintaining Azure IaaS components (VM, Storage and Networking);
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining Azure PaaS Components – App Services, Function Apps, App Gateways and Load Balancers, etc.;
• Understanding of containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes;
• Strong knowledge of observability, reliability and security;
• A structured, service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with rapid technological changes and complex customer requirements;
• Nice to have: certifications in Azure (AZ-900 or AZ - 104)

As a member of our Global DevOps Team that supports Audit Applications you will have to work with other team members in our Utrecht Office but also from the USA, China, Malaysia and India. The expectancy is you will be working @ a Deloitte office 1-2 days per week.
