Role brief

devopsroles summary, based on the employer's posting.

What you'll do

  • Take Salesforce work from discovery and solution proposals through approval, implementation and delivery
  • Run Outreach.io and maintain how it exchanges data with Salesforce
  • Set the technical backlog, decide what to tackle next and keep your own work moving
  • Protect data quality and challenge unsuitable approaches by proposing better solutions

What you bring

  • At least four years administering Salesforce in a B2B SaaS setting
  • A Salesforce Administrator certification is required; a degree in a related engineering field is strongly preferred
  • You can design solutions from discovery through delivery and manage a technical roadmap independently
  • You bring SQL skills, can interpret APIs and data pipelines, and have worked with Salesforce data tools such as flows or validation rules

Who this fits

This suits a technically hands-on Salesforce specialist who takes initiative, owns priorities and enjoys solving complex problems. The role is based in Pyrmont, with time split between home and the office; it also offers up to one hundred calendar days of work from another location each year.

From the employer

  • Join the Growth team at a worldwide leading educational video company
  • Build the solutions that power ClickView’s revenue tech stack
  • If you want the space to build something world class, this is the place for you
  • Full-time permanent role, located in Pyrmont, working from home and in the office

What is ClickView?

ClickView is a video platform for K-12 schools. Think YouTube meets Netflix, designed for teachers and students. We're a fast-moving, innovative team, with HQ in Australia, offices across London, New York, Northern Ireland, South Carolina and taking on the world. Just in the last year we launched in two new countries and acquired two video platforms. TIME named us one of the world's top 30 EdTech companies, alongside edtech's like Duolingo.

The Opportunity

Salesforce is the engine that powers ClickView's commercial teams across three regions: APAC, US and UK. We’re investing in the team and the platform, and this is a highly technical role.

You’ll design, build and deliver solutions that keep our revenue operations running smoothly, working closely with our Team Lead and Head of Growth Ops, and Salesforce Administrator. But you’ll also be expected to drive your own roadmap, manage competing priorities, and keep things moving without being told. If you want the space to build something world class, this is the place for you.

What you'll do

  • Lead solution design end to end: discovery, proposal, sign-off, build, delivery
  • Own Outreach.io and its sync with Salesforce
  • Manage the technical backlog and your own priorities
  • Push back when something isn’t the right solution, and propose a better one
  • Own data integrity: you take pride in clean data within everything you do

You are a fit if…

  • You want a role that actually challenges you technically
  • You take real ownership, you’re proactive and you’re trusted to keep things moving
  • You want the responsibility for solving complex problems

If you want the space to build something world class, this is the place for you.

What we're looking for

  • Experience supporting global organisations and designing solutions end to end
  • Proven ability to manage a technical roadmap and prioritise your workload independently
  • Exposure to custom objects, flows, validation rules, and data management
  • Experience with big tech stacks and multiple integrations (ideally Braze, Outreach.io, or similar)
  • Comfortable working with APIs; can read and interpret data pipelines
  • SQL proficiency
  • Strong data integrity mindset: designs processes that keep our data clean from the start
