- You can interpret complex system designs, help shape new architectures and script in Bash, Python or another language

Job Title: (Senior) Devops Engineer
Location: Poznan/ hybrid working
Key Responsibilities
- Introducing and following the best standards in DevOps practice
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues
- Work independently to diagnose problems, propose solutions, and implement changes with minimal supervision
- Take ownership of infrastructure related decisions and drive improvements proactively
- Automation of product deployments
- System platform administration and monitoring
- Reproducing, investigating and diagnosing the most complex issues related to supported platform and its architecture
Essential Skills and Experience
- At least 3-4 years of practical experience in DevOps role
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS and on-prem) and Helm
- Experience in CI/CD (Jenkins, ArgoCD)
- Experience in AWS Cloud (including IAM, VPC, EKS, RDS, Route53, Secrets)
- Experience in administration of Linux
- Understanding complex system architectures and ability to support creating new ones
- Good knowledge of a scripting language (i.e. Bash, Python)
- Experience with version control system (GIT)
- Experience with monitoring stack (Prometheus, Grafana, AlertManager)
Would be a plus
- Experience with Terragrunt
- Experience with AWS EKS and Talos
- Experience with AWS cross account connectivity
- Solid understanding of computer networks (configuration and troubleshooting)
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring
- CKA, or CKAD, or CKS certificate
