- Experience with DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering, plus monitoring and observability tools
- Background supporting AI/ML infrastructure and analytics, with security experience in HIPAA or regulated settings

Summary of Position:
Technical Lead involved in design, automation, and operation of the Digital Health cloud platform. Drive AWS, EKS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, security, and AI analytics platform capabilities to enable scalable, compliant, and high-performing healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cloud platform architecture and engineering on AWS/Cloud.
- Design and operate Kubernetes/EKS platforms with GitOps (ArgoCD, Helm).
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Drive CI/CD automation, platform reliability, and operational excellence.
- Enable AI Analytics and data-driven capabilities through scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Implement observability, monitoring, security, and compliance controls.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across Digital Health platform initiatives.
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
- AWS Cloud Architecture
- Kubernetes (EKS)
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- CI/CD Pipelines
- GitOps (ArgoCD)
- Helm
- Monitoring & Observability (Datadog or similar)
- DevOps, SRE, and Platform Engineering practices
- AI/ML platform infrastructure and analytics enablement
- Security, HIPAA, and regulated environment experience
Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
