What you'll do
- Run the Microsoft Azure environment, from resource setup and configuration to performance checks and policy oversight

- Take a place on the 24/7 shift roster, carrying out changes, requests and incident resolution
- Resolve cloud problems, advise colleagues and provide team training and technical support

About the Role
Responsible for managing information technology infrastructure as well as applications and software within AIA and providing technical support to internal users- Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance which are more demanding and complex
- Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and/or governance to identify and implement improvements.
- Support cloud adoption of applications as they are being transformed and/or modernized.
- Work as part of 24/7 shift roster to implement changes and requests and resolve incidents.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues and Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and guidance.
