Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Oracle Utilities Functional Consultant with 8-12 years of experience to lead the functional design and implementation of Oracle Utilities solutions. The role involves working closely with clients to define business processes and ensure successful deployment of solutions like CC&B, WACS and C2M. Should have good hands-on knowledge on Billing and Rates

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead workshops with clients to gather detailed business requirements and define business processes.
Develop comprehensive functional designs and ensure alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
Configuration of Oracle Utilities products, ensuring integration with existing systems.
Act as the main functional point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering high-quality solutions.
Provide leadership during testing, go-live, and post-implementation support phases.
Expert-level knowledge of utilities business processes and Oracle Utilities products.
Proven track record of leading functional design and implementation for CC&B, MDM, WAM, WACS, and C2M - Billing and Rates
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
Ability to mentor junior consultants and ensure the delivery of high-quality functional documentation.
